Is Tickover free for homeowners?
Yes, the core app is free forever. We earn from a monthly subscription trades pay after their free trial, and from referral fees when homeowners switch energy or broadband. Never from paywalling your safety reminders.
How are tradespeople vetted?
ID check, insurance check, certification check (Gas Safe / NICEIC where relevant), plus we phone two recent customers. The ones we approve get a verified badge.
What does it cost a tradesperson?
£49/month after the first 3 months free. Any month with no jobs to quote on is automatically free. No per-job cut, no leads to buy. Optional Tickover Pro at £24/mo unlocks the AI quote, voice-to-quote and invoicing stack.
What if I don't know my boiler model?
Skip it. Most onboarding fields are optional, and scanning the boiler badge photo does most of the work for us.
